This Privacy Policy outlines the privacy practices we follow as you download or use the Next Force Technology mobile applications, web sites, software, and other services we provide.  We refer to our mobile applications, web sites, software and other services together as the "Services" in this Privacy Policy.

How do We Collect and Use Information About You?

If you access or use any of our Services we will collect and use personal information about you.  For example, we may collect your name, address, email address, mobile telephone number, birthday, credit card information, photographs and your social security number or company tax ID number.  We may collect your actual location through GPS or related data. We may collect information about your skills and knowledge.  We may also collect information about your current and past employers such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, manager names, wage information and work history.  If you are an employer using the Services, in addition to the above information we may collect about you, we may collect and use information about your current and past employees.  This information could include names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, birthdays, photographs and social security numbers, and work history.  

As you use the Services, we will collect and use information concerning any transaction you make using the Services.   We may collect the dates and times of your uses of the Services, information about how you use the Services, and the type of devices and operating systems you are using to access the Services. 

Mobile devices and other devices that you use to access the Services may have a unique ID that we will collect from you and save on our servers for future use. We may also collect your hardware model, operating system and version, software and file names and versions, preferred language, serial number, and mobile network information. 

We use the information we collect from you to perform the Services, to contact you, to provide customer services, to charge you for Services performed, to collect amounts you may owe us, and to send you advertisements and other promotional materials. We use the information to research and track our users’ use of the Services. We also use the information to administer our Services and to improve our Services’ offerings.  We may provide the information we collect from you to employers to help them analyze their use of the Services and to assist them in their businesses.

If you provide feedback to us through the Services or otherwise contact us, we may use the information you provide to us, including your name, mobile telephone number, email address, and mailing address to communicate with you and to send you promotional materials.

Who Collects Information About You?

In addition to our collection of the information listed above, others may also collect your information as you use our Services:

Promotional Services: We may use third party companies to serve promotional emails or text messages that we send to our users. They may collect certain information about you such as your device type, operating system, the time and date that a particular message was viewed, your location, and whether you responded to a particular ad or message. 

Internet Service Providers and Telephone Companies: if you use any of our applications through your mobile device or telephone, or other device or computer, your internet service provider, or your telephone company or communications carrier may have access to any information you access or view or that is sent over your mobile device or telephone. We have no control over how they may use your information. 

Who do We Share Your Information With?

We may share your information, including your personal information, with your employers, potential employers, employees, other users of the Services, and third parties who provide services to us. Those third parties may include contractors, temporary employees, consultants, marketing service providers, and other companies working with us . Where we believe it to be appropriate (in our sole discretion), we will ask them not to disclose or use your personal information for purposes other than to provide services to us or to you.

We may share information, including personal information, concerning our users and their use of the Services to other employers, companies, users and advertising companies.

We may disclose personal information about you to the government if we are required to do so or if we think the disclosure is appropriate; and you authorize these disclosures. Choices Regarding Your Personal Information

You may access and correct your account information at any time by logging into your account. If you wish, you may cancel your account at any time. Please note we may retain certain information about you to keep a record of our past customers and transactions, for record keeping purposes and other legitimate business purposes. For instance, if you owe us fees for the Services, we will maintain your information in our efforts to collect the amounts due.  

You may opt out of receiving promotional messages from us by following the instructions in those messages. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those about your account, about Services you have requested, or our ongoing business relations.

Sale of the Company

We reserve the right to disclose your information, including your personal information, in the event that we are sold, in whole or in part, either as an entire corporate entity or through an asset sale that includes a customer information database. This right is reserved whether or not the customer database is sold independently of any continuing operations of our company.

Children

You must be 18 or over to use our Services and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

This policy may be revised over time as new features are added to the Services or our policies change.
